Is there an option with no monthly charges
Yes, there is an option available with no ongoing monthly charges, you only need to purchase the hardware.
This option only provides you simple monitoring and control of your RTU-01 (you can see the inputs and turn on or off the outputs)
No cellular connectivity is available, connection is via the ethernet port and the interface is via a web page.
Are there any additional costs?
Additional items required for installation are not included. Please see details on the RTU-01 to see what is included.
We can install your RTU-01 anywhere in Australia (we already have access to many transmission sites in Australia, however you may need to arrange for site access and keys for us).
If you require documentation, drawings, plans, scope of works, SWMS, etc for your specific situation we can assist for a nominal fee.
How quickly can I get one installed by you?
We normally travel throughout most of Australia once per year (it is a long trip). If you are happy to wait until our next trip, that could be anywhere from one month to one year. If you require more urgent installation, we can quote for a special trip to accommodate your needs, and you are always free to install the product yourself and we will always provide support.
How do I receive alert notifications?
Our platform uses a product called PushOver which is a global instant notification service. You will be required to download and install the PushOver app on your smart device (and create an account) to be able to receive notifications. The Pushover app is not free and requires a one time purchase per smart device (they have a free 30 day trial available). The Pushover app is low cost (at time of writing $7.99 AUD)
